Who we are
We are it serve, and have been since 1996. Back then, the internet was new, exciting, slow and full of possibilities. The new economy was booming – and we were right at the heart of the early Swiss IT industry. During the turbulent times surrounding the rise and fall of the so-called ‘new economy’, we remained steadfast in our commitment to good solutions, a curious team and healthy growth. It paid off. Today, it serve is a software workshop offering high-quality, comprehensive solutions tailored to the needs of its customers.
How we see things
Everyone talks about data, but no one talks about cross-company and cross-organisational processes. Everyone is optimising their internal processes – but in our view, the greatest gains come from effective interactions between individual companies. Many cross-system processes are still characterised by analogue thinking and structural patterns. We don’t transfer the analogue world into the digital world, instead fundamentally redesign processes to be effective and deliver greater added value.
That’s exactly what drives us. That’s why we develop processes differently.
